Jeremy and Caroline Roma Story gives Hope

Jeremy and Caroline Roma were living in an 850 foot house in Louisiana barely getting by. I got to hear Jeremy tell his story of how he was told that as soon as he recruits 100 people he will start to see passive income. He recruited 100 people using sit down one on ones to sell them on getting in the business. This did not work. He had 4 counters that month. He knew for things to change he had to change. He was introduced to Jeff Olson Power Training cd's and started to follow THE SYSTEM.
It did not happen over night but he did what most do not. He remained faithful and gave it enough time to show results. It took him over 5 months of no real signs of progress of handing out 2-10 dvd's a day. He attended the weekly training and weekly briefing EVERY week. John Hoffman said when he first got started in the business his mentor would ask 3 simple questions when he called. Who did you talk to today? Who do you need me to talk to? Who are you going to talk to tomorrow? This is simple and gets right to the heart of the issue. Yesterday I talked Misha and sent her to the website and to listen to the pre recorded call. I spoke to Sam and did a 3 way call with him into the pre recorded Brian Carruthers call. Next I need to do 3 way calls with them today with one of the leaders to drive them to the next exposure. Then I need to get at least 2 more people exposed to the business today. It is becoming alot clearer that THE SYSTEM that Jeff Olson talks about ( at least 2 exposures a day, attend weekly briefing and weekly training, send one long distance package a week, hang out with your core team) is the way to consistent ongoing passive income. I am happy to be doing the simple daily disciplines that will one day free me up from the bondage of a day to day J.O.B :)

This month is going to be my breakout month.

My goal today is to talk to at least 2 people that are keeping their career options open and then get their contact info to send them more THRID PARTY information. I love the www.greatjoboption.com site. Having some trouble getting people to watch the site. I am going to try and pre-empt their laziness and ask them up front, If I take the time to send them the information can count on you to review it?" if they say yes then i will shake their hand tell them it is a agreed and i am out of there. This blog is to serve as encouragement to everyone out there that have doubts.
We all go thru times where we have doubts. I am going thru it now. My family has doubts. My friends have doubts. So the way I counter this is to constantly be listening to positive cd's. In my car I listen to a cassette tape by Dave Savula called How to Build a Large Organization. Yes that's right, I still use a cassette player. It's because I drive a 1995 maxima with 183,000 miles with several dents in the side of it. Definitely not going to recruit someone based on the car I drive.

Bottom line:
In order to get an organization that takes off and moves away from you then you have to follow the RULES OF DUPLICATION. He also talked about the Jeff Olson CD's. I invested in the Jeff Olson CD's based on my upline mentors suggestion. I listen to these at work. If Jeff Olson built 4 organizations in different companies that were each over 100,000 people then you know this guy is no joke! He is the REAL DEAL!!!!
